Sterns’ most recent role was as Event Manager at WINDO (Wholesale Independent National Distributors Organization), where she orchestrated high-profile events. Prior to that, Sterns spent 15 years as National Sales Manager at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa, earning recognition as the top producer. Her career includes nine years of experience as a National Account Manager for Destination Hotels and Resorts. She was among the top 10% sales executives in terms of revenue generation and she managed over 100 high-profile clients. She managed multiple territories during her career.
Sterns graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management. Sterns, who has been in the business for over 20 years, has developed a strong style of leadership and diversified her skills by attending many Tony Robbins Trainings. She also earned a Business/Life Coach Certification from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
