    Fidelis Hospitality improves the guest experience with SIHOT Solutions

    SIHOT’s suite of hospitality management systems has helped Fidelis Hospitality, a German hotel group owned by an owner and operating branded hotels, to transform its business.

    SIHOT is one of the most popular hotel management systems. It has provided fidelis with a tech stack that allows them to easily implement digital solutions for their back-office as well as customer-facing.

    Since migrating SIHOT, Fidelis Hospitality has successfully implemented self-service check in kiosks, online bookings with direct links, integrated Electric Vehicle charging payments and centralised guest bill. These innovations helped to reduce the front-of -house workload and eliminate manual mistakes, while improving commercial sustainability.

    With several branded properties in major German cities – including THE Hotels, Felix Hotels and Ibis – fidelis has saved huge amounts of staff hours and reduced errors in administration and data management.

    Lead Communication in the Workplace

    Maurice Nickelsburg (head of commercial development at fidelis) explains the importance of SIHOT’s solutions in achieving his company’s goals.

    The integration with SIHOT.MOBILE has digitised paperwork for ops teams – such as housekeeping and maintenance – giving live updates on completed tasks in a centralised app. SIHOT.GO is a mobile app that allows guests to check in from their smartphones, saving reception staff hours of work.
