Each family-friendly home features a swimming-pool surrounded by a lush, green lawn (and a fence that makes it child and pet friendly), spa-inspired bathrooms, with rainfall showers and a gourmet-kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, as well as an outdoor grill. Many of the houses also feature private docks and fireplaces. Each villa is designed with curated art, custom millwork, and ample outdoor spaces to entertain—or to fully lean into vacation mode with a book on a poolside lounger.
