UrVenue has announced the launch UrResort. It is the newest product that was created in response to the demand of hotels and resorts who are looking for a more customized solution. UrVenue’s platform for venue-management is at the core of UrResort, which now supports experience-led operation, guest engagement and enterprise-grade distributor. UrResort is a suite of connected solutions that helps resort operators centralize their non-room inventory and sell it at scale.
Debuting at HITEC Indy UrResort The launch of UrVenue’s Experience Commerce Platform is a major step in the evolution. It allows hotels to manage and monetize services such as dining and nightlife, pool, activities, events and retail. With an advanced distribution engine, UrResort connects experience inventory to both owned channels—like brand websites, booking engines, and in-room kiosks—and third-party affiliates such as ResortPass and PlanADay. The result is an integrated platform which empowers operators to streamline their operations, drive revenue and elevate guest experiences from pre-arrival all the way through the journey on property.

- Experience Center – The core of the UrResort platform, centralizes all resort experiences, from cabanas to activity rentals, into a single interface. This hub is the central operational hub and houses these key modules.
- Itinerary Builder & Manager – A dual-functionality tool that offers both a self-service interface for guests and a staff-facing backend. Each itinerary is tailored to the guests’ stay, and powered with real-time inventories including availability via integrated partners such as OpenTable and Book4Time. Guests can plan and manage their experiences, while staff can build or modify itineraries on their behalf — all within a unified calendar view.
- Create a Group Itinerary – Designed to enhance group travel and events, this module allows attendees to explore resort experiences and manage their event schedules through an interactive, personalized guest portal. It increases operational efficiency for events and meetings by automating manual tasks.
- Venue Management System – Provides operators with tools to manage inventory, optimize yield, and view live floorplans and reservations across all venues within a resort.
- Distribution – UrResort redefines how resorts distribute experience inventory, making it possible to surface bookable activities, events, and services not just at the property level, but across enterprise-owned channels. This includes brand.com websites, loyalty apps, and mobile platforms — something large hotel groups have traditionally lacked. UrResort, with its built-in connections to partners like OpenTable, ResortPass and others, enables the real-time delivery of experiences on-property through both direct channels and third party channels. This gives hotel brands infrastructure to scale experience commerce, in a world increasingly driven by AI and connected inventory.
- Advanced Integrations – A newly expanded collaboration between UrVenue and OpenTable allows hotels to offer in-house guests and those with upcoming stays priority access to premium OpenTable reservations and OpenTable Experiences, before they’re available to the public. This access is seamlessly incorporated into the Itinerary Builder, as part of the pre-arrival journey for the guest.
