    Las Vegas—June 16, 2025 UrVenue Today, UrResort was launched in response to the increasing demand for tailored solutions from hotels and resorts. UrVenue’s proven venue management platform is at the core of UrResort, which has now been extended to support a wide range of experiences-driven operations, guest engagement and enterprise-grade distributor.     The debut of HITEC Indy UrResort The launch of UrVenue’s Experience Commerce Platform is a major step in the evolution. The platform allows hotels and resorts manage and monetize their offerings, including dining, nightlife and pools, activities and events, retail, spa and retail. With an advanced distribution engine, UrResort connects experience inventory to both owned channels—like brand websites, booking engines, and in-room kiosks—and third-party affiliates such as ResortPass and PlanADay. This integrated platform allows operators to optimize operations, increase revenue and enhance the guest experience, from the pre-arrival journey through on-property.

    UrResort’s key features include

    • Experience Center – The core of the UrResort platform, centralizes all resort experiences, from cabanas to activity rentals, into a single interface. It is the hub of operations, housing key modules such as:
    • Itinerary Builder & Manager – A dual-functionality tool that offers both a self-service interface for guests and a staff-facing backend. Each itinerary is customized to the guest and powered by real time inventory, including availability of integrated partners such as OpenTable and Book4Time. Guests can plan and manage their experiences, while staff can build or modify itineraries on their behalf — all within a unified calendar view.
    • Build a group itinerary – Designed to enhance group travel and events, this module allows attendees to explore resort experiences and manage their event schedules through an interactive, personalized guest portal. This module improves operational efficiency through automation of manual processes in meetings and events. It also enables real-time communication and pre-arrival communications, as well as opportunities to increase revenue by promoting activities and extending stays.
    • Venue Management System – Provides operators with tools to manage inventory, optimize yield, and view live floorplans and reservations across all venues within a resort.
    • Distribution – UrResort redefines how resorts distribute experience inventory, making it possible to surface bookable activities, events, and services not just at the property level, but across enterprise-owned channels. This includes brand.com websites, loyalty apps, and mobile platforms — something large hotel groups have traditionally lacked. UrResort’s built-in integrations with partners such as OpenTable and ResortPass enable real-time distribution through direct and third-party channels of on-property experience.
    • Advanced Integrations – A newly expanded collaboration between UrVenue and OpenTable allows hotels to offer in-house guests and those with upcoming stays priority access to premium OpenTable reservations and OpenTable Experiences, before they’re available to the public. This access can be seamlessly integrated into the Itinerary Builder to help guests prepare for their arrival.
