Darika is at the helm of Six Senses Con Dao’s wellness journey. She brings a visionary, honed approach honed over nearly two decades working in luxury wellness hospitality. Her tenure at some of the world’s most renowned resorts—including The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara (UAE), InterContinental Phuket Resort (Thailand), Fairmont Hotel Amman (Jordan), and Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas (Maldives)—has shaped her expertise in spa management, guest experience, and leadership. Her role as Director, Spa and Wellness APAC for Outrigger was notable. She led the opening and operation of Outrigger Konotta Maldives and managed operations in Fiji and Mauritius. She focuses on creating experiences with a purpose that reflect Six Senses’ ethos for mindful living and sustainable wellbeing.
