Home prices have decreased slightly in the last year—Zillow calculates the average home price in Lake Havasu City is just over $473,000—and the area’s appeal is multi-fold. The area is perfect for retirees, workers who work remotely, or anyone else looking to escape the harsh Arizona sun.
