Hong Kong Luxury hotel group Rosewood has announced the appointment of two senior members to its team, including Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and Vice President Operations EMEAC.
Anthony Ingham has been named chief operating officer of the group, with effect from 1 September 2025. Luca Finardi will join as vice president for operations in Europe, Middle East Africa and Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC) on 1 June 2025.
Ingham will report directly into Sonia Cheng, the CEO of Rosewood, and oversee global operations for all Rosewood brands. This includes commercial, digital and wellness, CRM and retail, as well as guest experience.
Ingham is a former InterContinental, Starwood or Marriott International employee who led the hospitality and membership operation at The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Previous accomplishments included overseeing the global positioning of W Hotels, and the brand strategy over 120 Luxury Collection properties.

Finardi will be overseeing Rosewood’s EMEAC operations. He previously held senior leadership positions at Mandarin Oriental including the general manager of its Paris flagship, and the area vice president for France, Italy, and the Czech Republic.
Ingham, the CEO of Ingham Group, will supervise him and he’ll work closely alongside corporate teams and managing directors to ensure that there is brand consistency throughout his portfolio and that all operations are carried out to the highest standards.
