Signo Hospitality is continuing its growth in the north of Germany with the topping out ceremony for its new Hampton by Hilton in Bremen Nord. The property is a mix of international standards with local identities and is intended to appeal to both business and pleasure travelers.
Location and overview of the project
The new Hampton by Hilton will be situated in Bremen’s Vegesack area, close to the train station. It is also a short distance from the Weser harbour.
The property will have 153 rooms as well as a lobby bar and a meeting room for business meetings. The proximity of the site to both the city center and important transport links makes it convenient for guests.
Design and development partners
The hotel has been designed to meet both the comfort and connectivity needs of leisure and business clients.
Marggraf Architektur will be in charge of the architectural design. 2P Projektentwicklung GmbH will manage the development. This firm has experience managing several real estate projects throughout northern Germany.
