The Chocolate on the Pillow Group has opened the Four Points Flex By Sheraton Koblenz. This is the second Four Points Flex Hotel in Germany. This launch is part a rebranding campaign that will see six hotels change to the Four Points Flex identity by Sheraton before early 2026.
Repositioning and renovation of the entire building
Formerly the GHOTEL hotel & living Koblenz, the property underwent extensive redesign and modernization. The transformation goes beyond just a name change. It includes upgrades to the digital infrastructure, guest rooms and public areas.
The new interior concept integrates brand DNA with local identity and combines functionality, modern design, as well as user-friendly comfort.
Digitalization improves guest and operational experience
The digital integration was the key focus for the renovation. New front-and back-office systems are designed to simplify operations, reduce team workload and improve guest experience with smart, intuitive services.

Continued brand expansion
The rebranding of Koblenz follows the rebranding of Bochum, which was already done under the Four Points Flex name.
More locations are expected to be opened under this concept in early 2026. The brand’s goal is to create a midscale, flexible product that balances a strong economic performance and distinct design standards.
