    Switzerland Is the 5th Safest Country in the World—and It Just Got Issued a U.S. Travel Advisory

    The United States Department of State has recently issued a Travel Advisory Level 1 for Switzerland. It is recommended that travelers take the usual precautions in the country. 

    A major European nation has issued a travel alert.

    The United States Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs issued a Travel Advisory Level 1 for the country of Switzerland. The agency didn’t give any immediate reason for the publication of this travel advisory on May 20. However, it does advise to “take all normal precautions when in Switzerland.”
