You don’t need to buy tickets or make any purchases in order to visit The Upgrade Lounge. This lounge is free for all JFK travelers and aligned with the brand mission of delivering high-quality designer products at a reasonable price. Marshalls wants to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy high-quality products, according Sonya Corsentini. Marshalls Vice president of Brand Marketing said this in a news release. According to a retailer’s survey, two-thirds of travelers want a more elevated and pleasant airport experience. Many airport lounges have strict rules, limiting access to those with certain credit cards, high-spenders on flights and those with business and first-class tickets. 

The Upgrade Lounge will be open in the mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm ET, and again in the evenings from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm ET—but weary travelers who miss these windows can still relax in the lounge’s cushy couches and swivel chairs outside of operating hours.
