Portugal: Iberian developer Kronos Homes is now selling 96 Westin or Marriott residences in the Salgados Resort Algarve.
Highgate Portugal will manage the residences and Kronos Homes will sell them privately. Salgados Beach, and the Salgados Lagoon Nature Reserve is located nearby.
There are 42 residences in the Westin Salgados Beach Resort, and 54 residences in the Marriott Residences Salgados Resort. Each residence has a fully-furnished balcony.
Swimming pools, fitness centres, spas, restaurants, 18-hole golf courses, and concierge services are all available on-site.
