    I visit Rome each year and my favorite hotel now offers a rooftop featuring live music, fresh seafood and a view of the city.

Fabio Sangiovanni is the new executive chef at Six Senses, coming from the Michelin starred Aroma Restaurant in Hotel Palazzo Manfredi. This iconic hotel overlooking Colosseum has created a menu of Mediterranean seasonal dishes as well as refreshing mocktails and cocktails.

    Imagine this: you’re enjoying a plate full of gnocchi while watching the sun go down over the King Victor Emmanuel II Monument. Vongole veraci Your drink is made from the freshest juice available. The live music is played by international artists who rotate as part a series of Six Senses Ibiza.

    Six Senses Kyoto is taking over the restaurant for a whole week in June. Then, other chefs will join, bringing their own special flavors to Sangiovanni’s cuisine.
