Persepolis Investments Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid, an architectural masterpiece created in collaboration by Banyan TreeThe building boasts 24 residences located in the Salamanca District. The building is a historic restoration designed by Julio Touza Sacristán that seamlessly blends the structure’s original architecture while introducing new elements to welcome the surrounding environment. Residences range from 308 to 655 square meters, with prices starting under €3 million and reaching more than €16 million. Colliers and Knight Frank have begun to market the properties.

Padilla’s restoration symbolizes the building’s new era, transforming the architectural masterpiece originally designed by prominent Spanish architect Gutiérrez Soto in 1948 into a modern beacon of elegance and uniqueness. The unique design will protect the crown jewel, the symmetrical facade with four open sides which pays homage to the rich cultural history and history of Salamanca.
