Choice Hotels International is updating its complimentary breakfast at Comfort and Country Inn & Suites, including signature breakfast items and partnerships with Florida’s Natural and General Mills for quality orange juice and popular cereal brands.
Choice Hotels International has announced updates to its complimentary breakfast program at Comfort and Country Inn & Suites. This is part of a larger strategy by the company to differentiate their upper midscale brands in order to attract more travelers. Signature breakfast items such as a Comfort breakfast bowl and a Country Inn & Suites biscuit sandwich are being trialed at select properties.
Choice also has a partnership with Florida Natural and General Mills, which will provide its guests with high quality orange juices and popular cereal brands.
These breakfast updates follow Choice Hotels’ sharpened brand positioning for Comfort and Country Inn & Suites, introduced earlier this year. The company has also revealed refreshed prototypes in order to generate more revenue and create a distinctive presence for travelers.
Later this year, the company plans to introduce and test a new set of updated trademarks, including furniture, fixtures and equipment packages.
Breakfast pilots are the result of extensive research including consumer insights and collaboration with Choice Hotel Group Purchasing Organization, Entegra. This collaboration was designed to align menus with owner and guest goals and create delicious and cost-effective offerings.
Comfort will test a Build-Your-Own Breakfast Bowl concept that allows guests to personalize their meals according to their taste and dietary needs. Meanwhile, Country Inn & Suites will pilot Pillsbury biscuit sandwiches, offering a filling breakfast option that guests can enjoy in-house or on the go.
Starting this year, breakfast at both brands will include orange juice from Florida’s Natural and cereals from General Mills, both trusted names that meet the standards guests expect from Comfort and Country Inn & Suites.
