Every time ballet flats swing back into season, I brace myself—and my feet. Because I get blisters with any shoe, despite how comfortable it is, I spent years searching for the perfect shoe. stylish, comfortable flats I didn’t end up covered in band-Aids. When I first wore these shoes, they felt like stepping on a memory-foam pillow. Naturally, the travel-loving part of my brain started to spin. The Sneakerinas are now firmly in my suitcase for a trip I’m taking to France this August. The Sneakerinas are foldable and easy to pack. No more worrying about your shoes getting smushed. They also look stylish with all my European outfits. I already have plans to wear them with a floral mid-length dress on a winery tour, an all-white outfit for dinner in Nice and jeans and t-shirts for casual days walking cobblestone streets.

The versatility does not stop there. They’re so versatile that I’ve worn them in countless outfits here in the city. With trousers and a cardigan or a maxi-skirt and blouse. Or jeans and a T-shirt. Each look was effortless. They look more expensive because of the matching color detailing and satin upper.

I went for the white that was crisp, which at first made me nervous. It’s a bad idea to wear white shoes on city streets. Vivaia also had this covered. The Sneakerinas were made of durable upcycled material with a sturdy design that will hold up wash after washing. If they become scuffed, or dirty, which they will be when you travel, you can throw them in the washing machine to make them look brand new. The white is also available in beautiful shades of blue, black and pink. After falling in love the the white I am already tempted by adding another color.
