KHP Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm that specializes in full-service resorts and hotels, with an emphasis on lifestyle, announced today the appointment of Alex Lewis as Executive Vice President & General Counsel. She will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal and strategy support to KHP funds, and overseeing KHP’s legal matters, including regulatory, risk management, and compliance. Alex Miles succeeds Judy Miles at KHP, where she will continue as Executive Advisor.
Alex comes to KHP as a Partner from Goodwin Procter LLP in the Real Estate Industry. She brings extensive experience advising private equity funds, real estate investment managers, developers, and public REITs in complex commercial real estate transactions – including equity investments, senior, construction and mezzanine financings, and acquisitions and dispositions. Alex was recognized as a top commercial real estate attorney by Connect CRE in their 2024 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. She holds a JD degree from Columbia Law School, and a BS from McGill University.
